Argentine star footballer Lionel Messi is just two goals away to break the record of German Legand Gerd Muller who scored 85 five goals in a single year.
FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi scored 84 goals in this year and still counting.
At Dec.1 2012 Barclona destroyed Athletic Bilbao and won over them with 5-1.
The two goals were Messi`s 83rd and 84th during the current calender year.It seems that Messi will break the record of Muller`s record of 85 goals.
Messi`s current avarage of goal is eight goals per month acrross all combined competitions and he has right potential to break the record of Muller`s 85 goals tally.
Currently the three time back to back FIFA World Footballer of the year looks to set huge record for all time because he has still month to make the history.
